I’ll walk you through what “Level 2 with Claude” looks like and give you a simple exercise to list the recurring tasks that chew up your week. You’ll see where Claude could help before we touch anything.
Run a Claude‑facilitated intake
You’ll talk to a custom Cowgirl Claude facilitated conversation that asks how you really work – your role, tools, clients, and where your day leaks time. This replaces boring forms and gives me the context I need to build you something impactful.
Map your 2–3 highest‑leverage workflows
I review your intake and design 2–3 workflows that will save you the most time right now. I map where they live (Claude chat, Cowork, Projects, Skills), what each needs (inputs, context, files), to get your desired output. Hint: Technology performs as well as you instruct it to.
Deliver Your Roadmap and personalized implementation video
You get an impactful roadmap document and a personalized video walkthrough where I show you, step by step, how to set up and run each workflow in your real tools. This is not generic training – it’s built entirely from your intake and actual work week.
[Optional] - a 30‑min live working session
If you add the live session, we screen‑share, plug at least one workflow into your tools together, and answer your “is this safe / is this dumb?” questions. You leave that call with something up and running.

HOW THE 7‑DAY EXPERIENCE WORKS:
Day 1 – meet Dorris & see what’s possible
When you’re ready (ideally within the first few days), you’ll use your personal Dorris link to complete a guided 20–30 minute intake in one sitting. She’ll ask about your role, tools, clients, and where your day really breaks. This is the brain‑download I use to design your roadmap.
Day 2 – Build your AI Hit List
Your first email walks you through a quick exercise to list 5–10 recurring daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. You’ll tag them as client‑facing, internal, or admin. This isn’t about solutions yet – it’s about spotting the real opportunities for AI to help.
Day 3 – Build your first Skill
I will give you a Skill‑builder prompt so you can turn one item from your Hit List into a simple repeatable workflow. It’s a low‑risk way to get hands‑on with Claude and feel what “teach it once, reuse forever” actually feels like.
Days 4–6 – I build your roadmap
Once your Dorris intake is complete, I review it to build your personalized Roadmap. Over the next 3–5 business days, I design a short roadmap with the 2–3 simplest, highest‑impact workflows, decide which Claude tools we’ll use, and map how they plug into your existing stack.
Day 7 – You get your plan and implement your first workflow
You’ll receive your roadmap PDF and a personalized video walking through: what to set up, where each workflow lives (Claude browser or Cowork), and how to run it. On Day 7, you’ll have everything you need to get at least one workflow live.
Optional – 30‑min live working session
If you add the working session, we’ll use it after delivery to implement and debug one of these workflows together. You’ll leave that call with at least one Claude workflow actually running in your day.
