[ My Story ]

Over the last 9+ years, I’ve helped transform how 100+ service‑based businesses use technology,

typically giving teams 10+ hours back per week through better workflows, smarter automations, and cleaner communication paths.

I started as a Senior Salesforce Consultant, watching company after company bolt together tech stacks that quietly worked against their own people.

Tools were everywhere, but the work still felt hard. At the same time, I was competing internationally in three‑day eventing, where my hands were literally full with horses.

If my systems didn’t work while I was in the saddle, they didn’t work.

My “click” moment came during a $50 riding lesson. I got a notification that I’d just made my first $50 online course sale at the exact same time I was handing my trainer $50 in cash. Same hour, two completely different uses of my time. That’s when it really landed: good systems don’t just save time, they create options. They turn expertise into something that works even when you’re not staring at a screen.

Today, I act as a Director of Solutions Consulting & Delivery Systems for the companies I support. I design how work should move through a business – from intake to delivery to invoicing and support – and I mentor teams so they can operate calmly and effectively inside those systems.

My background as a Certified Salesforce Administrator and BS‑in‑Marketing grad means I think in both architecture and outcomes: the backend has to be solid, and it has to move the needle.

When I’m not mapping workflows, I’m usually on a horse, reminding myself what all this efficiency is actually for.
